Once payment has been received we will email you confirmation on style, background, writing or any other customisation you can think of. We will also request you send us the copy of the photograph at this time.
We can mash together different photos to make sure everyone is included, even if they no longer walk the earth with you.

If you are not completely satisfied with you portrait, you can request minor changes via e-mail. We offer three rounds of revisions.
The illustrations are custom-made and are non-refundable. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

Shipping
Shipping in Australia is FREE on all orders above $99. Standard Shipping is a Flat Rate of $7. A4 Prints are secured with a thick cardboard piece and placed in a rigid mailing envelope, and A3 Prints are rolled up and secured in a tube for their protection. Don't worry, they will flatten out.
Worldwide Shipping is Also Available. Rates are calculated at Checkout.
